About me

Since starting my career journey 30+ years ago, I often found myself being frustrated by process inefficiency and waste in my daily routine.  Very early career, I often complained about how the process & systems were broken and one day, my leader took a chance on developing me in Lean Six Sigma Methodologies to help the business improve.

My frustration as an employee now turned into my passion and I thrive on working with teams to find ways to drive business process and systems improvements. The employees closest to the process are where the magic happens, you just have to be willing to listen to them.

I have experience in transactional processes such as customer service, HR, procurement/supply chain, program management, Ag lending, loan origination, sales, quality and manufacturing processes.
